Return Policy:
Please read and understand our return policy before making a purchase. At this time, Returns are accepted for Store Credit only! All Sale and Discounted items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or store credit.
We're sorry things didn't work out but GOOD NEWS South and James will happily accept returns (for store credit only) on most items within 14 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions after 14 days.
All items returned must be unworn, unwashed and garment tags must be attached, no exceptions. Please be mindful when trying on your items, as we will not accept merchandise that has animal hair, fragrance, deodorant, makeup, self tanner, etc.
Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit does not include any paid shipping costs. Returned items will be inspected and processed 1st before store credit is issued. We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchase. Return Processing:
Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package for your return to be processed and E-Gift Card to be sent. Once processed, we will send you an email confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return:
To submit a return request, please email shopsouthandjames@gmail.com with your order number, name and reason for return. **Please note, South + James does not provide shipping labels for returns and is not responsible for shipping costs.
